Our Hyundai R520 is a versatile sheet piling machine weighing over 59 t, with a pile length capability of 14 m. These features allow the operator to drive 10 m piles at 10 m reach from the edge of the tracks. This machine can be equipped with HVR100 vibratory hammer, DX25 hydraulic impact hammer or various different drilling attachments and is ideal for long reach piling applications.

This excavator is used for driving and extracting sheet piles up to 8m in length when the vibrating hammer is attached.  This excavator is also equipped with drilling attachments.

The TM11/14 is a purpose built track mounted leader mast piling rig equipped with a resonance free vibratory hammer for driving and extracting sheet piles, H beams and tube piles. The TM11/14 can also be equipped with drilling units for CFA pile installation, contiguous or soldier pile walls and bored piers or when equipped with an impact hammer can undertake timber or steel driven pile operations. 

These attachments are generally used on our Hyundai R210 excavator and R520 long reach sheet piler. They are extremely robust and reliable units with high driving forces  and relatively light operating weights. They can also be crane suspended and are used most commonly for driving and extracting sheet piles, H beams and tube piles.

Our drilling units are mounted on excavators or our ABI Mobilram and are mainly used for pre-drilling when driving sheet piles in harder ground conditions. These drilling rigs deliver between 50,000 and 25,000 nm of torque and are great for drilling in difficult-to-reach locations. These units are also used for other drilling applications such as bored piers and can drill diameters 300mm - 1200mm to depths of up to 17m

Our DX25 hydraulic hammer can be mounted on the R520 sheet piler and is used for driving sheet piles in hard ground conditions or also for driving H beam, tube or timber piles. The DX25 is a compact unit with the capability to drive piles to an ultimate load bearing capacity of 1200KN
